During our time together, I take notes during all meetings & calls and put them into your client portal. This portal is where you can access your invoice, notes, timelines, etc. You can even leave notes for me in it for us to review in future meetings. I do ask that for any urgent questions you send that over via email rather than put it in a note. Notes are not checked nearly as frequently as emails!
